New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to claim this bonus. A 15x wagering requirement applies, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — the bonus will be cancelled if it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.

5.3 VIP Program

The bf7 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.7%; Platinum — up to 1.0%; and Diamond — up to 1.2%. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your activity and gaming history on the platform.

VIP benefits may change at any time. VIP status may be revoked in cases of repeated misconduct or violation of the terms and conditions.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Technical Errors

8.2 Third-Party Services

In all circumstances, bf7's maximum liability is limited to the principal amount of the transaction in question. bf7 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

9.1 Suspension by bf7

bf7 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Providing false or incomplete information on the account
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Suspicious financial activity
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please ensure you withdraw your balance before closing your account. If there is a balance on an inactive account, contact support to arrange a withdrawal.
